'Discreet shipping' has become a marketing checkbox — used loosely by every adult brand, rarely explained. Below is what we actually do, end to end, for every order that leaves a DISCIPLAY warehouse.
The package itself
Standard double-wall brown box, no logos, no taglines. Tape is plain kraft, not branded. Internal padding is recycled craft paper, not foam stamped with our wordmark. If you can identify what's inside from the outside, we failed.
The label
Sender name reads 'DSPL Logistics' — a neutral DBA we registered for exactly this purpose. The return address is a fulfillment partner, not our HQ. Customs declaration uses HS code 9019.90 ('therapeutic appliances') with the generic description 'personal care device'. This is accurate, defensible, and tells nobody anything.
