Processing time

Discreet packaging
All orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging with a neutral return address. Shipping labels and billing descriptors do not reveal the contents of your order.
Customs & duties

Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking has not updated for 7+ business days after shipment, contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or issue a replacement.
